Our full day class offers you the opportunity to spend a day in the kitchen with Gary where you will learn how to cook a range of delicious dishes from Scotland’s amazing larder. Gary is Scotland’s National Chef and spends a lot of his time at home and abroad championing our incredible food, including India - where haggis was a real hit! - and Canada with the First Minister to promote Scottish food.    

Your day will begin with a tea/coffee and scone where you will have the chance to meet other guests.  You will then move through to the kitchen where Gary will demonstrate everything you need to know. You will have your own state of the art cooking station where you will recreate the dishes Gary has demonstrated. 

Once you've finished cooking you will have the chance to sit down, relax and enjoy your three-course lunch which you will have prepared along with a glass of wine or two. 

The class is open to everyone regardless of experience as there is plenty of help and support throughout the day. The main aim of the day is that everyone has fun with food, we even do the washing up!
