Overview

This course offers an ideal preparation for work or entry to a higher-level software development course. Using a balance of theory and practice, you’ll learn the key concepts of software design.

So whether employment or progression to university is your aim, we'll give you the basic knowledge needed for this growing area of computing.

Minimum entry requirements

  • Three National 5 qualifications at Grade C or above including English and Maths or Numeracy; OR 
  • Other equivalent qualifications or experience.
